Sarge began his commercial real estate career 13 years ago and has spent over seven of those 9 years with Commercial Properties. Sarge’s extensive knowledge of both the industry and of the Valley has earned him several "Top Producer" awards at CPI.

His skills have been honed by hard work and the desire to help people achieve the American dream on all levels. Focused mostly in Office and Industrial, Sarge works primarily in the Southeast Valley and Casa Grande.

Sarge graduated from The United State Naval Academy and has earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics.

Sarge is an Arizona native where the Seargeant family has lived since the late 1800’s. He enjoys sports, competing and spending time outdoors with friends and family.
